M&C 282: Vintage knitting pattern for aran SOCKS, mittens, hat and scarf from 1969. to fit foot length 9.5" but this can be altered quite easily. The stockings take 4 x 2oz balls which is about 250g. The whole set takes 10 x 2oz balls about 600g of aran wool. The pattern has a very feint crease to front, is clean and bright.
