Bestway 3603L: Another geat ladies vintage knitting pattern for these chilly days. Instructions for an aran style jacket. This one is from late 1950's and knitted in chunky to fit 34-36 inch bust. Knitted on large needles (1, 2, and 00 imperial needles or 7.5mm,7mm and 9mm) will grow quickly and takes approx 22oz of yarn or 14 x 50g balls.

Lovely design with diamonds with bobble in centre, chain cables, cables ropes. Always work a tension square. This Aran yarn was not a thick one, so try modern double knitting in a tension square too.
