ladies midi jacke t knitting pattern from 1940

NN11-6L: Great vintage ladies bolero style jacket knitting pattern form 1940s. This little midi jacket is knitting in vintage 3ply that would be the same as modern 4ply - always work a tension square. To fit 34 inch bust, neat and stylish with shaped shoulders, pads can be used in this style. The front is held by two buttons and a crochet loop, pretty reveres to collar with little fair isle.

ladies cable jumper knitting pattern from 1940s NN11-7L: Great little jumper coat knitting pattern from 1940s. This little jacket is to fit 32 inch bust - the young ladies were so slim in those days! This one is knitted in vintage 3ply, but try a modern 4ply. If a large size is wanted try in double knitting wool but allow several extra balls if you do. The sleeves are short and the neck is square. Very neat and stylish.
